"As a 1st time home buyer I couldn't have asked for more from Steve Prince. He definitely went above and beyond my expectations. We went to see about a dozen properties for sale. Every offer I made was outbid by investors. So I just put offers on anything in my price range, sight unseen, hoping one would stick. After 3 or 4 months of being outbid, I was ready to give up. Time was running out and I had to find a place to live. Steve never gave up, and pushed me to put in an offer on a condo which already had several investors interested in it. I never thought I had a chance, but I got it, and love it!! Every box on my "wish list" was checked and then some. He also got creative with my financing and helped me with getting my credit in line so I could qualify for a mortgage. Steve was always very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He answered all my questions, and even put my parents mind at ease, they are a "little" protective. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!"
